Well ladies and gents! Tomorrow is that fateful day when you turn 21, haha.

I don't ask anything of the community, just posting about this (although subs are always a nice gift or prints *wink wink*).

On Thursday though, if anyone is in the PDX area, I will be heading to The Qube Lounge on First and Pine to enjoy some music and drinks if anyone cares to join! If so, please do give me a heads up so I know who to look for =]

So, this morning (June 27th, 2009) I woke up to writhing pain in my right wrist around 0630. It hurt so bad in fact that I couldn't go back to sleep by any means and finally made the choice to go to the ER as my normal doctor is unreachable during the weekends to have him look at it and see what was wrong- so off I went.

I got there around 0730 and got myself checked in and into the triage room where they could take blood pressure, etc. and get me setup to head into the actual ER, the entire time I am in excruciating pain that would not permit me to move my fingers, hand, nor wrist without causing more pain.

Finally I get back into my own room in the ER, where I got a very nice RN named Joel. He and I talked about what was going on and what was hurting, etc. Eventually the doctor came in and we talked about the same stuff and he felt around my arm, wrist, hand to find the problem area and try to figure out what the possible problem is. After he took off, Joel came back in and told me I was to be put on Morphine to ease the pain and a liquid form of Ibuprofen to stop any inflammation that might be going on, as well as, having blood drawn for a few tests to see if there was any infection to speak of.

So, I had the blood done, the Ibuprofen was injected, then came a very healthy dose (4mg) of Morphine followed by heading off to get X-rays done to make sure I didn't actually have a broken wrist. After the X-rays, I went back to the room where my wrist was still hurting with any movements and seemed to be a tad better when not moving at all. This led to getting another 2mg of Morphine which helped a bit more but didn't take away all the pain by any means.

Once this was done, the doctor came back in to let me know that my tests came back normal as well as my X-rays and that he thinks that it could be tendinitis and thus prescribed me Vicodin to take as needed and more Ibuprofen to ease any inflammation that may still be there, followed by a wrist brace to prevent any unneeded movement. Following all that, I was let go around 1015 from the ER drugged up quite well and made my way back home.

The end product is that my wrist still hurts like hell, typing with my left hand solo is proving to be a lot of effort and my new set of drugs are proving to once again knock me off my ass without actually tsking care of all the pain as one would hope.

All in all, this sucks and I wanted to let everyone know. Bleh.

So, what's going on with all you guys out there?

Instead of going down to Cali like I was planning on doing starting tomorrow. I ended up in the hospital Tuesday morning.

Don't ask complicated questions about it as I'm very very tired of explaining what happened and such.

Needless to say, I wasn't in an accident and the doctors couldn't give me a straight diagnosis, so it will remain a mystery. But, I will let you know that I did suffer some muscle damage in my legs.

So, sorry to those that I said i would be down there and such. Le sigh. Maybe in a few months and such I shall make it down there.

Greetings everyone!

As many of you have probably noticed, I haven't said anything new here in some time. Kind of lame I know, heh.

Anywho....

Coming up next month - March - I will be doing a road trip from here - Portland - down to LA (or LA LA Land as I like to say). During that trip I will be stopping and staying with arachnid15 and Katerina423 and doing some shooting; I will have my light kit with me on this trip as well. From there it is down to Santa Barbara to see some good friends from school that are still living there and finally to LA.

Now, what does this have to do with you? I am wondering if there are any of those along the way that would be interested in perhaps doing a shoot around the 20th (this will be in San Jose staying with Steven and Katie) to 25th (LA). After that point, I will be making my way up to San Fransisco on the 25th to the 27th or there abouts.

Yeah, it's another one of those things were I'm a bit fed up with something; which is turn means I'm trying to get more feed back because I'm tired of people driving towards one thing.

Now I'm sure those that are actually reading this are wondering "Wtf...?" in some manner or another.

What I'm talking about is this: Nude Mime Contest. I'm sure this is starting bring more questions up in your mind. I'm kind peeved at the fact that there are so few entries into a contest that should in theory have lots, first off.
Secondly, why the hell are all the ones (four) more popular because they feature tits- yup I said it, tits. That seems to be the only reason why the others sans one are significantly more popular, and as you may have guessed it, I am in fact a bit pissed at that. Perhaps being different in this place by "breaking the conventional rules" is not seen as acceptable in nude? What the hell is wrong with the shot people? Or are you that fuckin' afraid of a part of the male body you can't even distinguish? Tell me! I know lots of people watch me, so give me your damn feed back for a change instead of just sitting idly by and not saying anything.

To end that bit, I am sure there are plenty of run-on sentences, etc. And frankly right now I don't care too much. I hate sitting by whilst the world claims to "watch," yet does nothing.
