Yeah, it's been a long time since I've written here.
So! Here's the news at hand:
I have picked up a new camera which I'm very excited about. It is the Mamiya RB67 Professional, with 120, 220, and Polaroid Film Backs, and 127mm F/3.8 lens. It was well worth the money I must say
It'll be a lot of fun to do portrait work with and studio work in general as apposed to shooting Digital (no I won't buy the digital back for it, lol).
Currently I am in Portland on my break and it's most wonderful. Sadly I must leave on Saturday and return to school. Bleh.
What sucks even more, is that I CAN'T actually leave until Saturday because my car is in the shop until then =[ The current problems that are getting fixed:
New Exhaust (old one was shot)
SRS Airbag Sensor (old one thought the driver side airbag- the only one- had already deployed and wouldn't open if there was an accident)
Engine may have been running a tad rich- should be fixed
Front drive axle is bent on driver's side along with driver's side suspension (no idea how this happened, completely blew me away when I found this out- new one is being installed)
Headliner (I wanted this done, but now I don't have the time because of how long the car has to be in the shop for the other stuffs).Yes, I drive a SAAB...
let the bad jokes and puns begin now. >.<
Past that, I have been busy with school stuff, which is why you haven't been seeing too much from me as of late. 'Tis sad but true. School work being displayed just sucks. And to boot, nothing I'm terribly proud of either, oh well. Hopefully this coming session is greatly improved upon. We can only wait and see. The one good thing about this is that they ARE splitting my class into two different parts finally. The reason I can be oh so happy about this is because currently the majority of students in the class are complete and udder morons. It'll be nice to also have a smaller class size finally and get some work done.
Alrighty, enough of my babblings. Tell me what's going with you people out there! I never hear from you any more
